STONEWORKS APPOINTS NEW CEO – SHANNON BALTZEGAR

BEAUFORT, S.C. – StoneWorks, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Shannon Baltzegar to Chief Executive Officer of the company. She brings over 25 years of industry experience to her new role, most recently as Director of Sales and Design for the last two years.

In her new role as CEO, Baltzegar will oversee all company operations at StoneWorks’ Bluffton Showroom and Beaufort Fabrication Center. She will provide communication to all facets of the organization and facilitate the company’s strategic direction for the StoneWorks Board of Directors.

Builder magazine ranks Minto Communities among top 50 builders in U.S.

Tampa, FL — May 8, 2023 — For the second time in as many months, Minto Communities USA has been recognized among the top 100 builders in the U.S. Minto ranked 45th on Builder magazine’s 2023 annual Builder 100 list — up from 55th position in 2022. Ranking is based on each builder’s 2022 closings and revenues. In 2022, Minto had 1,762 home closings and total revenue in excess of $822 million.

This is Minto’s second top builder award this year. In March, Minto was ranked 18th among the Top 100 Private Home Builders in the U.S. by Home Builder Executive magazine based on 2022 home closings. STONEWORKS NAMES SHANNON BALTZEGAR to SALES MANAGER

BEAUFORT, S.C.  – StoneWorks recently announced the promotion of Shannon Baltzegar to Sales Manager. Shannon is the daughter of founder, John Baltzegar III and one of the company’s owners. She has worked in the business officially for over 23 years.

Recently, Shannon has taken the lead in the design of the StoneWorks boutique showroom. A 6,500 square foot design center in Bluffton which is opening soon. Furthermore, she is structuring that showroom and the sales personnel for continued growth.

“Shannon is very well suited for this position at this specific time in our company’s history,” says Andy Johnson, CEO of StoneWorks. “She has the rare combination of people, administrative and organizational skills that are necessary in sales leadership.”

StoneWorks and the Deep Well Project

StoneWorks recently presented a check for $500 to the Deep Well Project from proceeds of their winter Level Porcelain promotion. HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Greenery, Inc. Floral Division recently welcomed its newest member – Catrina Dickinson joining the team as a Regional Seasonal Color Manager.

Dickinson graduated with a BA from University of California Santa Barbara. She is experienced in floral design, and has installed and maintained annual beds and perennial gardens in various locations throughout the southeast. She has over 15 years of experience in floral design and maintenance. She is a recipient of the MALTA award for her commercial color displays and received the Hilton Head Island Beautification award for the Port Royal Plantation entrance.

Dickinson will help oversee the Floral Technicians, coordinate maintenance schedules and evaluate the performance of color beds and ensure optimal appearance all year round.

STONEWORKS PROMOTES BRIAN BALTZEGAR

February 6, 2019 HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – StoneWorks recently announced the promotion of Brian Baltzegar to Sales Manager. Baltzegar has been at StoneWorks for 18 years in design, sales and fabrication.

“My main focus,” explains Baltzegar, “will be creating positive motivation and momentum for our dynamic and talented team of experienced professionals designers.”

A native of North Augusta, SC, Baltzegar served in the Navy and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. While in college, he worked as a granite fabricator in Columbia, SC.

In his spare time Brian enjoys scuba diving, boating and artifact collecting.

Beaufort County, SC, October 3, 2018: Brad Tholen and Tom Azevedo of Horizon Home Inspectors have achieved the status of Certified Master Inspectors as designated by the Master Inspector Certification Board.

Certified Master Inspectors (CMIs)® are the best inspectors in the world. CMI is a professional designation for qualified inspectors who have completed at least 1,000 fee-paid inspections and/or hours of training and education combined; have been in the inspection business for at least three years prior to becoming Board-Certified; abide by the inspection industry's toughest Code of Ethics; have completed professional education prior to being approved and have agreed to submit to periodic criminal background checks.
