Position Details
Low Tide Designs is seeking a candidate for employment with a small growing firm in the Low Country Area that works with Custom residential and builder models. Candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD for Architecture 2018 or Revit 2020.
Must have the following:
Qualifications
- Good knowledge current IRC 2018 building codes
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Sketchup, Photoshop
- The ability to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and construction detailing
- Personal motivation and discipline to work independently as well as within a team environment. Commit to deadlines
- Clear, concise and effective written and verbal communicate skills essential in working with internal teams and external clients and consultants.
- Please provide a portfolio of your work and past experience.
- Be versed in residential construction knowledge- Prior work must have been built in the field within the last year
Required experience:
- Minimum residential design: current 3-5 years
- Required education: Bachelor degree in Architecture or work experience
Responsibilities
- Candidate would be responsible for problem solving and knowledge of how to prepare full construction drawings for custom residential homes/light commercial from design documents, new and remodeling projects
