Litchfield Custom Cabinetry is looking for Cabinet Makers, Installers, and Finishers.

The vast majority of LCC's work is new construction Including kitchen/bathroom/closet/bar/ cabinets and components, door hardware, crown molding, glass, wood countertops, etc.
Qualifications
Provide excellent customer service
Excellent Carpentry skills
Required to know about cabinet installation, manufacturing or finishing, with the ability to take accurate measurements.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to tow (and backup) a trailer.
Report on time to work
Be presentable for residential work
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Record, and photograph your day's work to your manager every day
Participate in and demonstrate an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of cabinetry installation-related tools.
Communicate job site conditions and or concerns that could or that are affecting the completion of the job to the appropriate person(s)

Experience:
cabinetry installation, cabinetry building, or painting conversion varnish: 3-5 Years
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
