Position Details

Fraser Construction is looking for two Project Manager for upcoming projects. At Fraser Construction, Project Managers navigate our commercial and multi-family projects through the estimating, contract preparation, procurement, submittal, RFI, weekly schedule update, quality control, safety and closeout processes. They support and are supported by our great team of contract administrators, experience superintendents, general superintendent, and VP of operations. The main skills we are looking for are experience updating the weekly schedule, ability to managing the cost of the project, and ability to facilitate clear and prompt communication between the owner, architects, engineers, superintendent, and public officials involved in the construction process.
