Position Details
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing various administrative & customer service duties for a Tree Cutting & Pruning company out of Hilton Head Island
- Answering phones with the utmost Customer Service
- Scheduling Sales Appointments for sales team
- Scheduling Projects for tree cutting team
- Must be able to communicate well verbally and written
- Will use Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Will perform lots of color coding for jobs/project schedules in accordance to the company's color-coding system
- Will use a customer software program called ArborGold (will train)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Administrative Assistant or Customer Service experience in an office setting
- Experience using Gmail, Google Calendar and Microsoft Excel
- Experience scheduling appointments
- Experience in color-coding preferred
- Professional Customer Service attitude required
- Must be highly organized
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Lift up to 20 lbs as needed for office equipment
COMPENSATION:
$15.00/hr. - $17.00/hr.
SCHEDULE:
8AM – 5PM Monday – Friday (hour lunch break)
