Responsibilities: The Production Technician is responsible for operating equipment and tools associated with the processes of fabricating and manufacturing shower basins. The Production Technician must meet these responsibilities while following job safe practices, standard operating procedures, and meeting quality requirements. Responsibilities: • SAFETY FIRST for all • Comply with all Job Safety Practices • Review and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for processes o Accurate use of measurements to cut High Density EPS (Expanded PolyStrene) o Accurately apply Epoxy, Fiberglass and Mesh in accordance to the SOP as directed & trained o Accurately apply waterproof coating in accordance to the SOP as directed & trained • Report any unusual conditions with the supervisor or lead person, or other designated appropriate person. • Report on production results • Actively work to correct any unsafe conditions • Interact - with a positive attitude - daily with other team members, and representatives of other departments Background and Preferred Skills: • High school diploma or equivalent • Post high school education a plus • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Knowledgeable in reading measurements (measuring tape) • Ability to work well with others in a team environment and on problem solving activities • Must be able to work all shifts Shifts:

Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
