Closing Coordinator

Position Details

The Closing Coordinator will be responsible for:

•Communicating with clients, attorneys, realtors, title companies and mortgage lenders to coordinate completion of real estate closings
•Processing/managing all MLS listings and listing agreements with listing agents
•Reviewing Closing Disclosures and HUD statements for accuracy
•Executing all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
•Managing the pipeline of customer/spec jobs to ensure proper financing is secured prior to job start
•Providing guidance to customers with their construction loan process along with our timeline for various internal processes leading up to the construction start date
•Conducting final settlement meetings with customers to formally transfer possession of their new home

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the following:
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent time management, organization, and calendar management skills
•Ability to track and meet multiple deadlines
•Ability to read, understand, and review closing disclosures and other documents related to real estate closings
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education
•Real Estate license preferred but not required
•Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business or Finance preferred but not required
