Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Projects will include but are not limited to housekeeping, maintenance and inspector scheduling, lost and found, ordering and inventory of supply room, workers comp & general liability, bi-annuals HVAC service coordination and maintenance inventory & deep cleaning tracking
- Coordinate communications with guests, property owner’s vendors, and associates
- Extensive phone work, problem solving, and delegation and follow up on daily activities
- High guest contact
Minimum Requires Skills and Competencies:
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment is a must
- Time management skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Organizational skills with strong attention to details
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Misc. Programs
- Project Coordination and Timely Completion
- Ability to work Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:30PM
- Position will also require weekend coverage as business and seasonality requires
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Past experience in Hospitality Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
